How to Find the Port Authorisation or Winback Form reference

  • Click on the Telesearch link
  • Enter the new connection number (no leading zero or punctuation)
  • Enter your Telecom dealer code. Click “Search”
  • Look for the “Registration Ref” in the top right corner of the results page.
