Change or cancel a port or winback registration

If a mistake is made during registration or something changes afterwards.

Send an e-mail to winback@upside.co.nz and quote the form reference number and/or new connection number, or use the “Amend” button within E-DICT. If the connection number is wrong, clearly state the wrong number and what it should be.

Important: You need to communicate changes to Ports to portingmobile@telecom.co.nz as well, as they mange the actual transfers.

 

Corrections will appear on the web site overnight. If the change is urgent call 027 4928355.
