E-DICT Dealer Web PageApproximately 5 to 6 months claim history is available online. The E-DICT site allows you to view and request amendments to claim information. Potential problems are colour-coded to highlight for your attention. Logins are per Dealer Code. Your store manager should have the login and password for your store. If your store does not have a login, please e-mail a request to Upside, and remember to include your Dealer Code. Search My Phones When you log in, a search screen appears. You can search on up to five criteria. New 027 Number: Use the format 271234567. No leading zero, hyphens, spaces or anything else. Customer Name: A full or partial name. e.g. "Jones" will pull up all your claims that include the name Jones in them. Your Registration Reference: The "Your Reference" information that you entered when you registered the SIM cards on the winback page. Your Invoice Number: Where we have Dealer POS information this is available, otherwise you can use Courier / SIM registration reference: The courier reference applies to trade-in handsets for connections prior to 1 August 2006. The SIM registration reference is the web generated SIM registration number that shows on the Authorisation form. The click "Search My Phones" If you leave all the search criteria blank and click "Search My Phones", then ALL claims for your Dealer code will display. You can navigate the results pages by clicking on the page numbers at the top of the screen. Results Blue Background means that the claim has not yet been registered and will not proceed until you register it. "Unregistered" means that the claim details have not yet been entered by you. Please do so immediately using the “new winback claim” on the main Upside page. Green Background means that while the replica watches claim has been registered, there is problem with the claim and it will not proceed until you act. "Awaiting Trade-in" means that Upside has not yet received a trade-in handset / SIM. "Registered" The claim is incomplete. Click on "Amend", and enter the requested information for the boxes that are highlighted, then click "Submit changes to Upside". The information is checked and updated. Upside's policy is that we will always confirm changes back to the e-mail address you provide. If you do not receive a response promptly please follow up. Other messages with Green background: Click on “Amend” and complete the highlighted boxes and send to Upside to be updated. Grey Background means that the claim is in process or has been finished, and that there is no reason for concern. Orange Background means that the claim has been declined by Telecom. You need to investigate. Click "View" to see further information about each claim. |
