Port and Winback Trade-in Action Checklist

Upside sends a weekly checklist for the dealer to review and include with returned paperwork and trade-ins. It shows:

•  Port Authorisation forms that are yet to be returned

•  Any Port Authorisation forms received at Upside which are not the full ORIGINAL SIGNED document.

•  Winback Trade-In SIMs and handsets that are yet to be returned

•  Any sale that has been flagged as a winback on ipro or the Point of Sale system (where the information is available to us), and a winback claim has NOT been registered on the winback site within 14 days.

•  Any connection for a ported mobile number which appears on our ipro or ICMS reports, and a Port Authorisation Form has not been registered on the web site.
