Port and Winback Trade-in Action ChecklistUpside sends a weekly checklist for the dealer to review and include with returned paperwork and trade-ins. It shows: Port Authorisation forms that are yet to be returned Any Port Authorisation forms received at Upside which are not the full ORIGINAL SIGNED document. Winback Trade-In SIMs and handsets that are yet to be returned Any sale that has been flagged as a winback on ipro or the Point of Sale system (where the information is available to us), and a winback claim has NOT been registered on the winback site within 14 days. Any connection for a ported mobile number which appears on our ipro or ICMS reports, and a Port Authorisation Form has not been registered on the web site. |
