•  Dealer Support declined the customer credit claim.

•  Dealer Payments have declined the dealer entitlement.

•  The new connection is on a plan that is not eligible for a winback credit

•  We are unable to identify the correct plan or term. Please advise.

You need to resolve the issue in the Winback Alert for the claim to proceed.
