Portability Process Overview

Where a customer transfers their number from one carrier to another a signed authorisation is required. The regulations set around the port process require that the original signed Port Customer Authorisation forms be stored for a minimum of one year, and be retrievable within 5 days from a request. Upside Ltd is providing a web based authorisation form, storage and retrieval of the completed and signed physical forms, plus monitoring and reporting to Telecom and the dealer channel.
