What do I do with the completed Winback Claim Forms and trade-in SIMs and handsets?

  • Ensure that the customer signs ONE copy and keep it with your records. Do NOT send the signed Authorisation form to Upside, nor give it to the customer.

  • Sellotape the Vodafone SIM cards (numbers facing) to the second Authorisation form.

  • Wrap the same Authorisation form around the Telstra trade-in handset and secure with a rubber band.

  • Lock away the trade-in forms, SIMs and handsets.

  • We recommend that you send collected forms and trade-ins to Upside every two weeks. A supply of return courier bags will be sent on e-mail request to winback@upside.co.nz
